●  研究兴趣、领域:

机械感受是重要的感觉模式,包括听觉、触觉、机械痛、本体感觉以及其他相关感觉。机械感受领域有许多未知的科学问题。例如:很多器官中机械传导的分子与细胞机制仍然是未解之迷;体表和体内的机械信息在大脑中编码并影响我们的行为和情绪的机制仍不清楚;机械痛的致病机理与治疗仍是亟待解决并且有重大现实意义的课题。我们实验室采用“离子通道的生物物理学--神经元的细胞生物学—神经环路的功能学—动物行为学”这一自下而上的模式,探讨机械敏感离子通道在不同神经感受功能中的功能和作用机理。
