● 研究兴趣、领域:
丘脑坐落在大脑的正中,是一个被熟知的重要的感觉传导中转站。其实,除了信息转导功能外,丘脑还参与了部分“非转导”功能。研究表明,丘脑的正常神经元活动与学习记忆相关联,其局部损伤可以导致睡眠失调和情绪紊乱。在帕金森以及阿尔兹海默症患者脑内均检测出丘脑结构或功能异常。然而,关于丘脑的“非转导”功能及其在脑疾病中的作用,研究甚少。我们结合基因编辑,电生理,在体钙成像等技术,从基因到环路等多个层面探索丘脑的“非转导”功能及其在各种神经精神疾病中的作用,以求找到相应的丘脑靶向的致病治疗策略。
