● 研究兴趣、领域:
生物信息学与RNA生物学:针对转录后RNA加工、翻译与非编码RNA调控等过程,开发新的生物信息与人工智能算法,通过复杂生命组学数据的深度挖掘与分子、细胞生物学机制研究,解析生理与病理状态下遗传信息多层级传递与调控的过程与机制,鉴定RNA干预靶点,指导RNA生物学过程的人工设计与改造。主要研究方向:
1. 多模态、跨尺度、复杂生命组学数据的人工智能挖掘策略;
2. 时空解析度下RNA转录后加工、定位、翻译过程的耦合与细胞特异性调控;
3. 非编码转录组生理功能的系统鉴定与分子机制解析;
4. 肿瘤等复杂疾病的RNA干预靶点鉴定与功能性人工RNA分子设计
