●  研究兴趣、领域：

我们利用冷冻电子显微学，结合生物化学、生物物理学和细胞生物学等技术手段，研究：
（1）蛋白质复合体、复杂蛋白质机器和膜蛋白的结构、功能与工作机制；
（2）囊泡运输中的分子机制，蛋白质与膜脂的相互作用，生物膜与重大疾病的关系。
