● 研究兴趣、领域:
聚焦淋巴细胞基础免疫学,探索抗原受体介导的免疫活化和抗体应答的分子机制,并分析此过程调控紊乱与相关疾病发生发展的关系。正在开展的工作包括:(1)B淋巴细胞免疫活化的分子机制及调控机制的研究;(2)B淋巴细胞异常活化导致的抗体应答缺陷,自身免疫疾病以及淋巴癌和白血病的研究;(3)抗体记忆的产生、储存和提取的分子机制及其干预策略;(4)B淋巴细胞感受机械力的生物学基础及其在抗体应答中的应用;(5)病原微生物作用于B淋巴细胞活化途径的免疫逃逸新机制探索;(6)构建基于上述基础所致操控手段的新型疫苗和新型药物等。
