●  研究兴趣、领域:


转座子是可以移动(或转座)的DNA,存在于几乎所有的生命体中,属于基因组中的“暗物质”。转座子在人体内大量富集,占据大约一半的人体DNA,并且仍然具有转座活性。人体转座子的活性与胚胎发育、神经发育以及上百种疾病密切相关,但是其相关机理和功能至今不是非常清楚。我们利用分子、细胞、生化、高通量测序和生统筹手段主攻转座子活性是如何被调控的机理,及其在发育和疾病中的具体功能。此外,我们还在积极探索RNA调控功能的未知领域。
