●  研究兴趣、领域:


主要从事冷冻电子显微学理论和方法研究,着重于开发和利用最新的电子显微学技术,实现具有普遍适用性的生物结构超高分辨率三维重构,拓展人们在原子水平上观察并研究生命活动的能力。同时,致力于将电子显微学应用到结构生物学研究中去,以解决与结构相关的重要生物学问题。未来希望发展先进的实验及图像处理分析技术,以及人工智能技术,刻画从组织到细胞的纳米甚至原子级分辨率结构,使我们能在原子或分子水平上理解生命活动的本质,并推动冷冻电镜技术在药物设计以及医疗等领域中的应用。
