● 研究兴趣、领域:
本实验室依托清华大学生命科学学院与蛋白质技术国家工程研究中心,拥有从基础科学发现到高品质重组蛋白药物转化的全链条科研平台。我们致力于通过解析生命进化中的最基本逻辑,解决重大疾病防治中的瓶颈问题。
研究方向主要包括以下几个方面:
1. 衰老与抗衰老机制研究
从全新视角探讨生命演化中维持健康寿命的核心通路与系统性干预手段;
2. 神经退行性疾病机制研究
聚焦阿尔茨海默病 (AD)、帕金森病 (PD) 的致病机制研究及临床试验;
3. 代谢相关性疾病机制研究
从全局视角探讨2 型糖尿病、肥胖与脂代谢(含实验室首次发现的白蛋白体 "Albumosome")、肌肉萎缩与修复、骨质疏松、类风湿关节炎的致病机制及临床转化;
4. 心血管病机制研究
核心方向:心肌肥大、心脏纤维化、房颤的致病机制及临床转化探索。
