●  研究兴趣、领域:


听觉感受是我们日常最重要的感觉之一,然而与其相关的分子和神经机制还有很多未知之处,尤其是听觉产生所用到的耳蜗毛细胞机械转导通道的分子和门控机制等。我们早前的工作报道了耳蜗毛细胞的机械转导若干关键分子的功能,目前我们利用遗传改造小鼠为动物模型,通过分子和细胞生物学、电生理、光学成像等技术,在离体和在体层面研究毛细胞机械转导和听觉通路信息处理的相关机制,包括小鼠如何通过超声发声进行交流等。本实验室的长期目标是系统研究听觉、言语和交流相关的神经机制以及相关的疾病机理,并发展可能的生物学治疗策略和干预手段。
