● 研究兴趣、领域:

我们以果蝇和小鼠为模式动物,结合遗传学、电生理、行为学以及成像学等多种手段研究学习和记忆的神经回路及分子机制。我们首次揭示了从果蝇到小鼠都保守的主动遗忘的分子机制,并将进一步对相关研究进行探索。同时,我们还对人类记忆相关疾病(例如老年痴呆症、自闭症、精神分裂症等)进行病理机制研究及潜在治疗药物筛选。
