● 研究兴趣、领域:

我们实验室的研究方向是生物信息学。生命的信息是怎么样被编码在DNA和RNA的结构和序列中,以及它们是如何调控整个生物系统,是我们主要的研究方向。我们致力于应用已有的分析手段和开发新的算法,去发现和诠释新的非编码RNA基因的结构和功能;运用高通量测序技术在基因组层面上去挖掘关于结构、调控等方面的新知识。最终,我们希望把科研成果运用到人类疾病的研究和治疗,以及农作物的分子育种当中。实验室的科研项目主要包括基因组中新型非编码RNA基因的发掘和功能研究、RNA结构预测算法的开发和优化、应用机器学习等手段分析和挖掘高通量数据等:
