● 研究兴趣、领域:

本实验室主要运用小角X射线散射(SAXS)、核磁共振(NMR)、X射线晶体学、计算生物学等技术,并结合其它生物物理学、生物化学和分子生物学的方法,主要开展与人类疾病和重大生命过程密切相关的非编码RNA以及与生物被膜形成相关的功能性淀粉样蛋白的结构生物学研究;同时发展基于小角X射线散射技术和其它生物物理手段联用的整合结构生物学(Integrated Structural Biology)新方法。
