● 研究兴趣、领域:

研究领域:本实验室综合运用基因组学、蛋白质组学、分子生物学、遗传学等技术,研究脊椎胚胎早期发育中的细胞命运决定和分化的分子机理,尤其是储备在卵母细胞中的mRNA、蛋白、小分子等母源因子的作用。

研究方向:

1、Wnt/b-catenin信号在Spemann组织者生成中的作用与调控机理

2、母源背方决定因子Huluwa与Wnt信号的互作机理

3、母源因子在胚胎细胞神经命运决定和分化中的作用
