● 研究兴趣、领域:

Wnt信号调控细胞生长、增殖、分化和迁移,在胚胎发育以及肿瘤发生中发挥重要作用。我们实验室利用非洲爪蛙、小鼠、涡虫、体外组织以及细胞培养为系统, 研究Wnt信号在动物胚胎发育、再生以及肿瘤发生中的功能和调控机制
