主要科研领域与方向:
(1)人类干细胞及生殖细胞的分化机制: 利用人类干细胞体外分化技术,结合分子生物学及细胞生物学,研究生殖细胞的分化机理,并发展体外分化成熟精子、卵子技术;
(2)人类遗传疾病的研究与治疗: 结合诱导多能干细胞(iPS)及定点基因重组技术, 研发治疗遗传疾病的途径。
