科研领域简介

 

激素对于生物的生长发育、新陈代谢和繁衍生息等各种生命活动起重要调节作用;阐明激素的受体识别机制,对于揭示生命现象的本质、提高生物的生存和发展能力具有重要意义。谢道昕实验室主要研究激素感知及其调控植物生长发育和防御反应的分子机制,迄今阐明了茉莉素和独脚金内酯两类激素的受体识别机制:2009年发现的茉莉素受体COI1,遵循生物学领域经典的激素活性分子可逆地结合受体并循环触发信号传导链的“活性分子-受体”识别规律、调控植物的防御反应和生长发育;2016年阐明的独脚金内酯受体D14,则具有生成激素活性分子和不可逆地结合激素活性分子的双重功能、遵循新型的“底物-酶-活性分子-受体”识别规律、调控植物分枝等重要生长发育过程。
