主要研究领域与方向

本实验室主要开展与人类疾病和重大生命过程密切相关的非编码RNA的结构生物学研究,主要利用小角X射线散射(SAXS)、核磁共振(NMR)、X射线晶体学技术,并结合其它生物物理学、生物化学、计算生物学和分子生物学的方法与手段,研究与病毒、癌症、神经退行性疾病密切相关的非编码RNA的结构与功能,及其与其它生物大分子包括蛋白质、DNA、 RNA的相互作用;同时发展基于小角X射线散射技术和其它生物物理手段联用的整合结构生物学(Integrated Structural Biology)新方法。
