主要科研领域和研究方向

冷冻电子显微学研究生物大分子复合体的结构与分子机理。主要研究方向如下:

1. 细胞骨架与生物膜系统相互作用的结构及分子机制;

2. RNA代谢途径中的大分子复合物的结构与分子机理;

3. 冷冻电子显微学结构解析新方法的开发与应用。
