主要科研领域与方向
以酿酒酵母为模式生物,研究1)染色质生物学和表观遗传学。主要研究组蛋白新型修饰的鉴定和功能分析,组蛋白的系统性突变以及组蛋白-基因相互作用网络;2)合成生物学。主要研究合成基因组学、合成生物学相关技术的研发及其在环境、能源等领域的应用。
