主要研究领域与方向

管吉松教授多年来的研究主要集中在学习与记忆领域,探索分子生物学机制在调控神经系统功能中的作用, 如表观遗传机制(Epigenetic)参与的中枢神经系统的长时程改变及其在长时程记忆的形成与贮存、神经退行性疾病和智障(Mental Retardation)中的调控机制。

目前的研究方向包括:

1.表观遗传学方向:研究表观遗传机制对神经环路中神经元兴奋性与可塑性的调控机制;研究表观遗传修饰在长时程记忆的形成和维持中的调控机理;研究表观遗传调控在阿尔茨海默症以及神经退行性疾病中的作用。

2. 神经环路方向:发展新型转基因小鼠模型和无创伤性的神经影像技术,并利用实验室首创的高分辨率神经细胞活动的活体成像技术来研究学习记忆中的脑皮层神经活动规律; 以高密度群体神经元的在体记录技术为核心手段,研究学习记忆过程中的群体神经元编码规律,探讨大脑学习记忆信息编码原理;通过光遗传技术(Optogenetics),将人工编码信息导入小鼠大脑皮层,从而研究学习记忆的神经生物学解码机制。此方向的长期目标是:研究人类的非侵入式脑机接口,帮助病人视觉、听觉、运动能力的恢复甚至学习记忆能力的加强;发展新一代人工智能。
