Main Research Fields:
The Wnt signaling regulates cell growth, proliferation, differentiation and migration. It plays important roles during embryonic development as well as tumorigenesis. Using Xenopus, mouse, planarian as well as in vitro tissue and cell culture, we investigate the roles and molecular mechanisms of Wnt signaling during embryonic development, regeneration and tumorigenesis.
